Ready to cash in your HawaiianMiles? It’s easy. Follow the step-by-step guide below and you’ll be that much closer to your dream vacation. 

STEP 1: Visit www.HawaiianAirlines.com

  1. Go to www.HawaiianAirlines.com
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page 
  3. Enter your username or HawaiianMiles Account Number and Password
  4. Click the “Sign in” button

STEP 2: Click the “Book Award Travel” button located under your current balance

STEP 3: Input Your Flight Search Criteria

  1. Select your departure and arrival cities 
  2. Select your desired travel dates
  3. Click the “Continue” button to all available flight options

STEP 4: View Fares in “Dollars” or “Miles”

Use the drop-down button, located above the flight results, to select whether you would like the flight prices to be displayed in “Dollars” or “Miles”.  

If you would like, you may purchase a roundtrip in reservation Dollars one-way and Miles the other. However, you may not purchase a portion of a one-way flight in Dollars and the difference in Miles, or vice versa.

Need more HawaiianMiles? 

If you do not have enough miles to redeem the flight you have selected, don’t worry! You may purchase additional miles in 500-mile increments to make up the difference. 
  • Click on the “Back to Search Results” to select new flight(s) –OR – 
  • Click the “Continue Booking” button to purchase your flight(s)

  1. Please review your itinerary
  2. Verify that the proper amount of HawaiianMiles is listed in the order summary
  3. Follow on-screen instructions to complete the booking process
