Standard Rules and Restrictions for tickets redeemed through the Neighbor Island Travel Plan program for travel on Hawaiian Airlines wholly within the State of Hawaii.
- Available only to HawaiianMiles members.
- Excludes corporate, affiliate, charity, travel agents, merchant, Bank of America small business, and Bank of Hawaii small business accounts (HawaiianMiles accounts that start with 191-199).
- Travel Plans are only for Neighbor Island non-stop travel on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights (excludes flight that require a stop in Honolulu and multi-city destinations trips); Codeshare flights are not permitted.
- Travel Plan is available for travel for up to twelve (12) months after the 1st of the month following the date of purchase ("Expiration Date"). All travel must be completed prior to the Expiration Date; any travel after the Expiration Date will be cancelled.
- Travel Plans are non-transferable and can only be used by the HawaiianMiles member designated at time of purchase.
- Travel Plans are non-refundable.
- Discounts (e-certificates), gift cards, gift certificates, transportation credits orders (ETCO, paper TCO), and other credits cannot be applied towards the purchase of a Travel Plan.
- Travel plans are subject to Hawaiian Airlines' normal checked baggage policies.
- Travel plan prices include government taxes and fees and carrier fees.
- These terms and conditions are added to and incorporated into Hawaiian's Standard Hawaiian Airlines Contract of Carriage.
- Fares and rules are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Member cannot purchase the same plan more than once a year.
- Other restrictions may apply.
Standard Rules and Restrictions for tickets redeemed through the Neighbor Island Travel Plan program for travel on Hawaiian Airlines wholly within the State of Hawaii
- Tickets are only available in coach class.
- Tickets are for non-stop(excludes flights that requires a stop in Honolulu and multi-city trips).
- For Noa (Freedom) and Hana a Walea (Work and Play) tickets can be used for one-way or round-trip; Multi-city trips are not allowed.
- For Kipa Hele (Visit and Explore) and Alahula (My Favorite Island Plans):
- Tickets must be booked roundtrip (non-stop); any one way tickets are subject to cancellation anytime without notice.
- No overlapping itineraries are permitted (where one roundtrip itinerary ends); any overlapping itineraries are subject to cancellation anytime without notice.
- Ticketing based on last seat availability. No waitlisting is permitted.
- Tickets cannot be combined with other travel or passengers.
- Trips are only available on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights; Codeshare flights are not permitted.
- Tickets are non-transferable; can only be used by the HawaiianMiles member designated at time of purchase.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Wholly unused tickets are invalid after the date of travel and any ticket issued with a flight date after the date of expiration of the Neighbor Island Travel Plan will be cancelled.
- Flight times are seasonal and are subject to change without notice at any time.
- Same day standby upgrades and award upgrades are permitted; no exchange for confirmed first class seat.
- HawaiianMiles earned based on option purchased (See table 1) will apply only to flown segments. Unused trips do not earn any miles.
- Change fees or restriction override penalty: Once your segment is booked, change fees will apply. A flat fee of $35 per itinerary will apply as long as your new travel follows any travel restrictions (e.g., minimum night stays, departure black-out times) that come with your plan. If your new itinerary violates any of those restrictions, an override penalty of $50 per itinerary will be assessed in lieu of the change fee. The override penalty is applicable to all users of the plan, regardless of your HawaiianMiles or Corporate status.
- HawaiianMiles Elite benefits apply except for:
- Same day standby is prohibited if passenger has checked bags on their original ticketed flight.
